I wanted this to fit into Fallout's universe and for that to be the case, it had to be 'close enough' to a real gun without actually being one. I didn't want to make a perfect recreation(so don't even bother leaving comments about how it's not accurate or it needs something to make it more accurate because that wasn't the goal). This is based on the old Stevens model 520-30 with a bit of the Winchester Model 1897 for good luck. In case it isn't obvious (I kinda hope it is). The NCR kinda falls apart as soon as a legionnaire gets in melee range. This time it's a shotgun because the NCR had nothing for close range, which is kinda weird when you consider the legion are(supposedly) mostly melee.
